The Strategic Sourcing Team within procurement conducts strategic procurement activities in partnership with Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵ stakeholders to ensure that there are existing master contracts in place to cover the majority of purchases required by Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵ departments, where aggregate spend across the system is $35,000 or more. This ensures that preferential terms and pricing are available and facilitates faster procurements for campus departments who can quickly issue a purchase order on an existing contract as requirements for goods and services arise.
